 | UPMARava 1 cup
 Water 1.5 cups(onnara cup)
 Ghee/oil 2 tablespoon
 Onion 1 small
 Urad Dal 1teaspoon
 Gram Dal 2 teaspoon
 Red Chillies 1 to 2
 Few curry leaves and mustard seeds
 Few cashew nuts,groundnuts and raisins
 
 Heat the ghee or oil and when hot,put mustard seeds,urad and gram dal,cashewnuts,raisins,red chillies,curry leaves and onion and fry.In another vessel fry rava till it turns slightly brownish.Add water to the fried mixture of dal,chillies etc and when water starts boiling add the fried rava etc before,stir constantly and let upma cook.After water dries,keep the vessel covered for two minutes/Now UPMA is ready to serve (4 persons).You can add sugar,butter etc before serving
